Who we are:
A defining characteristic of marketing is the constant appeal of new and exciting tools, systems, programs, and platforms. While these innovations often capture the attention of marketers and business owners, they don't always directly contribute to achieving long-term business goals. Often, because the goal isn’t clear.
As an example, you wouldn’t sign up for a gym membership without a clear goal in mind: lose weight? Improve energy? To strengthen muscles or gain fitness?
The point is that over many years of working with different businesses, a common theme was the overarching lack of strategy or goal behind marketing efforts and expense. Hence, Aim, Fire! Marketing was born to resolve this, and provide clear, goal-oriented guidance on which platforms and applications would connect businesses with their potential customers the fastest.

What’s with the name?
There are two deliberate parts to the name of our business:
First: Aim
First, we think about who we’re targeting, why, what they need, what other options they have, where they might spend their time and what value they derive from your product or service. Then…
Then: Fire!
We build a campaign plan complete with the tactical components to deliver on our goals, and we execute reliably, constantly, and clearly on these. Then gather up the learnings, outcomes and insights, and Aim again.
Our Process
When you begin working with us, there are two possible portions. Some may choose to do Strategy only, some prefer to do Strategy + Implementation. This really depends on you and how much help you need.
Step 1: Strategy
-
We will book in a briefing workshop in order to gain as many details about your goals, your business, and how you’ve come to where you are.
This is important and required in order to proceed.
-
Following the workshop, some independent research will take place in order to better understand the market, conditions, competition and products & services.
-
At this point we should have a good grasp on the market conditions and competitive insight in order to be able to start drawing some conclusion and perhaps give early indications of strategy and direction.
-
We commence building out your strategy document in order to be able to share this with other parties.
-
We present the strategy, our ideas, the channel suggestions, content suggestions and way forward back to you. We also give an indication of what we haven’t selected and why.
Step 2: Implementation
-
You can share our briefing with other agencies in order to have them quote, and we will also quote to deliver this work. Most clients find our pricing very attractive.
-
In order to discuss and agree on activity and responsibility, we will need to connect and agree on actions at least monthly.
-
At the conclusion of each month we will report not just on activity completed, but it’s effectiveness and also tracking against goals.
